Devi Fire Services first studies all aspects of the customer specifications and ensures that the final product meets the customers' requirements and also the necessary elements of applicable regulations and recommendations. All elements of the vehicle design are considered at this stage. Each new design is the subject of detailed weight distribution calculations ensuring that the fully laden vehicle is operating within its design parameters limits.

Devi Fire Services highly skilled and experienced workforce are dedicated and committed to the highest standards of quality. Working to the designs and instructions from the Engineering department, each vehicle is built within Devi Fire Services own Manufacturing workshops.
Devi Fire Services uses heavy duty aluminum alloy frameworks, paneling, steel or stainless steel for the body structure. Particular attention is given to protection against corrosion especially the dissimilar metals joined interface material to reduce the risk of corrosion.
